Vendor Registration Form IAG Conference 2017
The Indiana Association for the Gifted will be hosting its annual conference at the Indianapolis Downtown Marriott on December 10-12, 2017. High Ability Education Coordinators, parents, administrators, university faculty, and other educators and interested individuals from around the state of Indiana will be in attendance. We are expecting approximately 900 attendees, including Family Night on Sunday night.
Vendors and conference exhibitors have always played an important role in making our conference a success. Teachers and parents of gifted and talented will be looking for materials to enhance learning. We invite you to be a part of this exciting event.
If you are a non-profit company, the cost per booth is $85 for the two full days and Sunday night. If you are for-profit, the cost is $170 per booth for the two full days and Sunday night. If you would like electricity for the event, the cost is $100.
Your registration booth consists of a 6' x 30'' table. Lunch IS NOT included this year. If you would like a lunch from the hotel delivered to your table, it is $35 per lunch per day. You may leave things out overnight on Sunday, December 10th and Monday, December 11th; however, IAG and Marriott will not be responsible or supervise your items. Do so at your own risk. If you choose to setup the day of the conference, you may do so as early as 5:30 AM.

IAG offers vendors the opportunity to purchase an advertisement in our program. You may purchase a 1/4 page ad for $50, a 1/2 page ad for $100, or a full page ad for $150.
If you purchase an ad, IAG will also include your information in our new IAG app which our registrants will use at the conference. We will leave your information on the app until January 10th, 2018, with the purchase of a print ad in our program.
